Trusha joined the firm in 2002 and was employed as a legal secretary. She showed immense potential and was later offered a bursary to study further. In 2005, she held the position of candidate attorney and in 2016 she was appointed as an attorney. She currently holds a senior management position at the firm and oversees the Bonds and Transfer Department. Her passion for law started when she worked in litigation as a secretary doing RAF claims.
Her services include attending to various High Court applications involving the change of marital status, drafting various agreements including sale agreements, leases and various property related agreements, attending to various acts of registration relating to property, including the transfer of property, the opening of sectional title schemes, consolidations and subdivisions. She also advises clients with regards to property matters in general. She attends to various property related endorsements and drafts, and registers servitudes. Lastly, she always ensures that the Bonds, Bond Cancellation and Transfer Departments run efficiently here at the firm.
